"Always design a thing by considering it in its next larger context—
a chair in a room,
a room in a house,
a house in an environment,
an environment in a city plan."

Eliel Saarinen
(1873-1950)

our workflow

We use a five-step method to track the progress of every project we do. This method keeps our workflow on target, and ensures that the client is involved in the project process. Each stage in the method concludes with an “approval point” where the client reviews work completed for that stage. Incremental sign-offs at the end of each stage ensure that everyone involved is satisfied with the progress of the project.

The five stages in our method are:

Foundation

In the Foundation stage, we work hard with our clients to define parameters and clarify objectives related to the project. This stage includes determining the project's budget, providing soft estimates, and collecting essential information that relates to or must appear in the finished piece.

Creative

In Creative stage, we take the objectives, parameters, and information gathered in the Foundation stage and generate creative concepts. Because many possible solutions can fulfill the solution's requirements, firm estimates are provided in this stage to ensure that we will work within the project budget once we begin production.

Production

In the Production stage, once the specific concept is chosen and finalized, the idea is translated from concept to reality.

Fulfillment

In Fulfillment, the project is completed, and is produced for distribution. For a brochure, this is the printing of the piece. For a TV Ad, this is making dubs and distributing them for airplay.

Followup

In the Followup stage of a project, the objectives are revisited and the success of the project is evaluated. Here, we try to understand how we effectively the work was completed, and how satisfied the client was with their deliverable. We desire to improve the products that we bring to our clients, and to improve our processes to bring more value to our customers.
